As the founder of The Fulfilling Life, LLC Jennifer’s mission is to inspire, guide and support individuals to create a deep, rich and meaningful life one moment at a time.
She is a Certified Positive Psychology Coach and a Certified Co-Active Coach through the Co-Active/Coaches Training Institute.
Jen is also a Certified Kriplau Yoga Teacher and Certified Chopra Meditation Teacher as well as a Certified Mindful Leader Facilitator.
She loves sharing mindfulness with others and feels that her personal meditation practice has been transformative. Currently she is enrolled in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher Training Program through The Mindfulness Center at Brown University.
Jennifer is a trained therapist and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Fordham University.
Jen believes that optimism, cultivating awareness and self-compassion are keys to navigating life’s challenges. She uses positive psychology, mindfulness, and creativity as tools to create a foundation of well being that supports individuals to feel grounded, more peaceful and joyful, even through difficult times. This allows people to continue to stay the course through life’s ups and downs and not miss a moment on this important journey to live a fulfilling life with no regrets.
