Elina Teboul is an executive coach and the founder of The LightUp Lab, through which Elina seeks to inspire and empower people and organizations through positive psychology, mindfulness and coaching training. Elina firmly believes that finding meaning and purpose in work is integral to happiness and works with individuals, teams, and organizations to ensure that purpose is at the center of the conversation.
Elina began her career practicing law at Davis Polk & Wardwell, LLP and explored in-house legal work at Credit Suisse. Elina is a frequent writer and speaker on lawyer personal and professional thriving at conferences and law schools, including Penn Law, Fordham Law and Columbia Law. Elina serves on the ABA Well-Being Committee Sub-Committee for Lawyer Wellbeing Week and on the NYC Bar Association Mindfulness & Well-Being in Law Committee.
Elina is passionate about philanthropy and spent two years working for a foundation as both legal counsel and philanthropic adviser. Elina holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from New York University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. She is currently pursuing her executive coaching degree through the Columbia Executive Coaching Certification Program and is a candidate for her M.A. in Psychology at Columbia University, Teacher’s College.
